Franz Koll has been remodeling the Upper Austrian garden center chain Bellaflora since 2018. The numbers in the new stores suggest that the strategy is working.

Franz Koll started his career as an apprentice. Today, as managing director of the garden chain Bellaflora, he is responsible for more than 550 employees. The 52-year-old advises against only thinking about money or current trends when choosing a career. What drives him: doing what is fun – and constantly broadening his own horizons.
